    Well, it’s half the price ...

    Well, it’s half the price of the mercury tool. But honestly this thing looks like they took a fishing rod holder, cut some slots in the end and milled out a 1/2 inch ratchet hole. Worked good for me but the torque spec is 80ft lbs - not sure how the offset ratchet mount affects that torque value. I just cranked it down tight.
