Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marine Tech Tools purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy to request a return directly through your order.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all included components.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account at marinetech.com/account and locate your order.
  2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and submit your return request.
  3. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label.

No account? Contact us at support@marinetech.com and we'll get you started manually.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval without a refund, contact us at support@marinetech.com.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@marinetech.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item through the process above, then place a new order for the replacement.

European Union Orders If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase.
