Yamaha F150 Flywheel Puller
After numerus requests, we have developed a flywheel puller for Yamaha F150 (2005-2016) four stroke motors . The flywheel must be removed for replacing the timing belt on these motors and the flywheel bolt pattern is smaller than other Yamaha four stroke motors. Flywheel puller fits Yamaha F150, LF150.(2005-2016). For 2017-current F150, the AMT0025 will fit the flywheel
Also fits Yamaha F75 and F90 years 2005-2016
Includes: AMT0023 + MT0046 + (3x) 12.9 screws.

- INCLUSION & COMPATIBILITY — This kit comes with Marine Tech Tools Mercury Flywheel Puller (AMT0023), OMC, BRP lifting adapter (AMT0046), and three 12.9 Bolts. This fits on Yamaha F75, F90, F150, LF150 and 3.3L. These tools work well together to remove the flywheel for servicing the timing belt.
- MERCURY FLYWHEEL PULLER (AMT0023) — This is a professional quality puller with zero friction ball bearing head and removes all Mercury flywheels with 1.5” threads and Verado flywheels when combined with Mercury Verado lifting adapter (AMT0024) and OMC, BRP lifting adapter (AMT0046).
- OMC, BRP LIFTING ADAPTER (AMT0046) — This adapter (AMT0046) bolts directly on OMC, BRP flywheels on outboards that do not have built in lifting rings. Also fits Yamaha F75, F90, F150, LF150 and 3.3L flywheels.

Very happy with MarineTech tools

I teach four Yamaha MCP classes plus Honda Small engine, seeing well over 100 students per year. With access to all OEM tools, I can say that the effort that MTech has put into building high quality tools is well worth it. I had just seen this exact puller in use at my local marina today. I gave up trying with another puller I had and took the boat so as they could pull the flywheel for me. She was on ridiculously tight. It with a half inch impact it pooped and rang. I’m buying one for next go around!

Exceptionally well built! I am a "tool guy," so you will find no Harbor Freight tools in my box. Even so, my Proto 3-Bolt puller would not get my Yamaha F150 flywheel off. The Yamaha puller is about $350, so I thought I'd give this one a try.
I didn't have enough arm strength to do it with an 18" breaker bar, but I ran the bolt down twice with my 1/2" DeWalt impact wrench and on the second go it popped right off! I didn't even need to hit it with a hammer!

This puller was purchased in advance of a timing belt change on a Yamaha F150 TLR. I was concerned about beating the hell out of my flywheel in that I have had bad experiences in the past with a tapered fit. No problem, the interface between the puller and flywheel was very professional and a few sharp blows on the center bolt with a rawhide mallet and bingo off she come.
I broke the bolts in my genuine Mercury flywheel puller, and the bolts in my snap on puller, this puller did the job without anything breaking.

Excellent product, I have bought several Marine Tech Tools and they perform better than anything out there including factory tools.
